Ordering from Doug Clark Woodworking

Ordering from Doug Clark is safe and easy. All orders are processed through our Backoffice. We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you need us to use a different carrier, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

We generally process orders within 1 to 3 business days after receipt. All orders ship from Eden, Utah. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: Your order will ship within 2 weeks of being processed.
  • Delivery Time: You can expect delivery in approximately 3 weeks. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
  • High Volume Orders: In rare cases of unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer. While we cannot guarantee specific processing times, we diligently work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Domestic Orders

  • Domestic orders generally arrive within approximately 3 weeks.
  • Packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight.
  • USPS delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays of up to 2 weeks can occur.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided, but USPS may occasionally miss scans or fail to update tracking in real time. If your package has not arrived within 15 days of shipment, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. You will receive an order confirmation with the shipping address you entered. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If there is an error, notify us before your package ships.


International Orders

Upon placing an international order, you agree to the following terms:

  • Delivery Time: USPS International shipping typically takes up to 15 business days. If your package is held in customs, it may take an additional 45 business days.
  • Tracking Limitations: International First Class tracking is only updated upon delivery. Tracking may appear to stop moving once the package leaves the U.S. This is normal.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, which can sometimes take up to 6 weeks.
  • Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by their local government or postal service. We do not modify customs forms.
  • Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages cannot be made until 75 days after the shipping date.
  • Delivery Guarantee: We do not guarantee delivery for international orders. If there is a delivery issue, please contact your local postal service first. While we will assist as much as possible, we cannot initiate claims in foreign countries or verify non-receipt if tracking indicates delivery.

Address Accuracy: The “ship to” address entered during checkout is final. Our shipping software cannot verify international addresses, so double-check all details carefully.


Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Pre-Authorized Returns: You must contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Inspection and Timeframe: Please inspect your items upon arrival. Returns or refunds cannot be processed for items left unopened for more than 30 days.
